<p>Le complexe immobilier se compose notamment d’une galerie commerciale en sous-sol, connectée aux accès de la gare, au parking et aux transports publics. L’ensemble a été réalisé en deux étapes, dont la première forme la tête du quartier avec un immeuble de huit niveaux hors sol. Les trois derniers niveaux sont dévolus au logement, les niveaux inférieurs aux commerces et bureaux, la galerie commerciale lie les deux étapes et le parking souterrain est commun à l’ensemble du quartier.&nbsp;</p>

<p>O’Parc, deuxième étape livrée en été 2021, se trouve de l’autre côté de la place et dans l’alignement du premier bâtiment. Il comprend 58 logements HM et ZD-Loc, 1’000 m² de bureaux et de magasins de quartier en surface et 1’500 m² de galerie commerciale en sous-sol. Egalement construit sur huit niveaux, le bâtiment est en adéquation avec ce quartier en constant développement.</p>

<p>Les distributions sont placées au centre du plan afin de libérer entièrement les façades, dont les fenêtres panoramiques offrent de beaux dégagements. Les façades, constituées de bandeaux horizontaux en béton teinté et strié répondent aux éléments décoratifs Heimatstil du voisinage.</p>

<p>Le périmètre de la Gare des Eaux-Vives est l’un des derniers grands potentiels de développement de la Ville, permettant d’accueillir de nouveaux habitants et de nouveaux emplois, devenant un pôle d’activité économique autour d’une interface majeure de transports publics.</p>
